All I can say is delicious. We tried a bit of everything and it was all, seriously, just as great as places we’ve had in Japan! The ramen was my favorite, full of flavor and the amount of toppings were just right. It seems to be very new but don’t let that hold you back! It was a perfect palate cleanser from the typical Italian food.

Honestly 10/10 ! My fiancé and I went for dinner on our last night and we were wow’d! From the bao buns to the sushi rolls to the ramen! Food came out hot, service was so quick and very polite, and the taste.. this is my first ramen that i didn’t need to add anything to, the taste was on point, no notes! Amazing! Highly recommend

I had the pleasure of dining at Kikko San in Salerno, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience! Although I'm not a sushi expert, the quality of the food was outstanding. Each dish was beautifully presented, showcasing the freshness of the ingredients. The flavors were vibrant and truly delightful, making every bite a treat. What really stood out during my visit was the exceptional service. The staff, the lovely team of girls serving, especially Roberta, were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that each customer felt welcomed and well taken care of. Additionally, the owner's son added a personal touch to my experience, sharing his passion for the Restaurant and making me feel like a valued guest. If you're looking for a sushi restaurant that combines high-quality food with outstanding service, Kikko San is the place to go. I have recommended it to all my friends and can't wait to return and explore more of their delicious offerings!

This restaurant was perfect . I’m someone who has allergies to seafood and nuts and they accommodated for me and made me a separate meal that was safe for me that’s not listed on the menu . The food is flavorful and delicious. I would definitely recommend this place !! The customer service was a 10!

The restaurant is beautifully decorated, reflecting the Japanese izakaya theme. Impeccable service, friendly waiters eager to help every customer. The food is very high quality with a wide variety, and the menu features premium cuts of fish not found in every restaurant. Very accessible for those with intolerances; I simply let the owner know, and he prepared dishes for me separately from those of my group, free of all the foods I can't eat. I've never had a "plate swap" incident, which can happen anywhere. This à la carte restaurant has become my go-to for every outing; I wouldn't change it for anything in the world.

Semplicemente spettacolare. L’ambiente è caratteristico e curato in tutti i dettagli.

Simply spectacular. I've become a regular at this restaurant, which presents itself as an izakaya and amazes me every single time. I must say it's always a memorable experience, from every perspective. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a warm and serene atmosphere, with typical Japanese decor that conveys that sense of conviviality and intimacy that makes a place of this kind special. The ambiance is distinctive and meticulously crafted. The quality of the fish is simply exceptional. Every dish we tried exuded freshness and careful selection of ingredients: from the expertly cut sashimi, which literally melted in the mouth, to the perfectly balanced nigiri (the tuna belly and butterfish ones, which are hard to find in the area, are particularly noteworthy), to the more unique dishes inspired by Korean and Japanese traditions with a creative twist, everything was impeccable. You can tell that quality here isn't a detail, but a guiding principle. The variety of the menu, which is exclusively à la carte and not all-you-can-eat, is another strong point: not just sushi, but also a rich selection of Korean dishes, ramen, light and crispy tempura, and small appetizers that allow you to truly experience an izakaya—a place where you can savor many different dishes, perhaps accompanied by a good Japanese beer or a glass of sake. Every ramen on the menu will leave you speechless: the slow cooking of the broth and the quality of the ingredients make the broth incredibly flavorful, the noodles are always cooked to perfection, and the chef's expert hands ensure each individual ingredient is perfectly expressed on the palate. This isn't the usual ramen I've tried elsewhere. Need I mention the dango and mochi? Simply indescribable, I recommend them as the perfect way to round off this culinary experience. It's a place that invites you to share, to experiment, to discover new flavors without ever getting bored. I recommend trying every dish on offer, as it allows you to experience a world no other restaurant can match. Prices are moderate and reflect the meticulous attention to detail put into preparing each dish. The staff deserves special mention: extremely kind, polite, and always available to explain the dishes, accommodate any request, or recommend the best pairings. You can sense a genuine attention to detail, never intrusive but always attentive, which contributes to making the experience even more enjoyable. Ultimately, this restaurant is a little gem for those who love Japanese and Korean cuisine and want to experience new flavors. It's a place that manages to combine culinary excellence, variety, and a unique atmosphere, all enhanced by impeccable service. Highly recommended for those looking to indulge in a different and unforgettable evening.
